MartinWren, P.C. managing attorney Robert E. Byrne, Jr. was interviewed by Bo Sykes of the Charlottesville Newsplex regarding a project his Leadership Charlottesville Team is completing in cooperation with the STARS Program of Charlottesville.
Leadership Charlottesville is a Charlottesville Chamber of Commerce community leadership development program, and Bob is a member of the 2011 graduating class. As part of the class, Bob and a group of four other prospective graduates designed a community program for a local non-profit organization. Bob and his group chose to work with the STARS Program, a program that assists high-risk foster youth. The project involves individuals in the community acting as mentors for the youth and helping them discover and nurture their skills and abilities to find meaningful careers.
